With the submission of the customer example, the user of the CEWE community declares that he is the originator of the uploaded images and thus has unlimited use of the rights to use the photos. With the publication of the customer example, the user agrees to the terms of participation. The legal process is excluded.
Should any provision of these Terms of Use be invalid or unenforceable, the place shall be the valid or enforceable provision which comes closest to the legal nature of the ineffective or unenforceable provision.
