I am confused

Hello,
Why does this happen? I have a picture end make a frame, 10 mm and grey, when I hold the cursor on it, it's fine but when I takr the curser away, it's NOT fine? WHY?

What do you mean, with "it´s (not) fine"?
I see a frame inside (Innen) in a light grey, which covers the 10 mm part of the picture. When you mark the picture and move the cursor a little bit, the frame gets partly transparent. That´s what is seen on your first screenshot.
Do you want a transparent frame? Or what else do you want to configure?

I really easy understand that it is difficult to understand what I mean.
But the thing is, that I want a transparent frame.

I know I can use a mask but I think that someone in the forum has shown this method?

Ok, I see.
A transparent frame you can create with choosing the color and the "Alphakanal":
By changing the numerical value (as shown in my examples) you can try out which transparency you like most.
Here is shown another way for transparent frames:
